DMCA Policy

1. Overview

6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

1. Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (the URL is preferred).
2. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
3. Your contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the applicable court in your jurisdiction if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. The original complaining party will then have ten (10) business days to notify us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. If we do not receive such notice within that period, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access for users or content providers who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate access for any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
